This blog was the product of my undergraduate dissertation at the University of Sheffield, where I researched why London received more rail infrastructure spending than the rest of the country. Wanting to share my research I published my dissertation as a series of blog posts.

Since leaving university I have been researcher for the Westminster Energy, Environment & Transport Forum, where I organised policy conferences on the topic of transport. This has given me the opportunity to work on some of the leading issues the sector faces from autonomous vehicles to decarbonising transport. This blog is an opportunity for me to explore these issues and others in greater depth.
